Reconfigurable microwave devices can adjust the function or characteristic parameters of devices,and have important research prospects in the fields of miniaturization,integration and intelligence of microwave devices.At present,the research on reconfigurable microwave devices at home and abroad mainly focuses on filters,amplifiers and antennas.About reconfigurable power dividers,reconfigurable functions are single,key indicators are not high,and most of them are discrete reconfigurable research.Therefore,according to the research of continuous reconfigurable technology,two single-function reconfigurable power dividers and two multi-function reconfigurable power dividers are designed respectively,the four key parameters of the power divider are continuously adjustable,and the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the transmission matrix is used to analyze the adjustable phase shifter based on varying capacitor in detail.The transmission characteristics and phase adjustable range of the ?-type phase shifter,T-type phase shifter and the reflective phase shifter are mainly discussed.Then,two single-function reconfigurable power dividers the are designed based on the phase shifter of containing varactor diodes instead of the transmission line in central operating frequency of 2.45 GHz.Through ADS(Advanced Design System)software simulation,it is available that the central operating frequency of the two frequency reconfigurable power dividers of the ?-type and T-type structure can be adjusted in 0.51 GHz and 1.18 GHz respectively;Moreover,the three distribution ratio reconfigurable power dividers of Single-?,double-? and reflective structures have realized the adjustable range of the allocation ratio of 19 dB,48.3 dB and 28.9 dB respectively.To verify the simulation,Reflective allocation ratio reconfigurable power divider is processed in practice,and the test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.Then,two adjustable reflectors of ?-type and T-type with varying reflectance are analyzed in detail,and the varactor is used to realize continuously adjustable reflectance.Using this theory,two multifunctional reconfigurable power dividers are designed working at 2.45 GHz.The ADS simulation results show that the allocation number of the reconfigurable power divider can be adjusted at 1 to 5 channels,and the power allocation ratio can be reconfigured within a certain range,which the reconfigurablepower divider is designed based on the ?-type adjustable reflector;The simulation results also show that the three phase and allocation ratio reconfigurable power dividers of ?-type,reflective type and T-type structures are designed based on complementary hybrid network and T-type adjustable reflector,and the allocation ratio adjustable ranges of 10.8 dB,19 dB and 36.9 dB respectively,and the phase difference adjustable ranges of 61.5 degree,242 degree and 150.7 degree are realized respectively.Meanwhile,the physical test result and simulation result of the T-type phase and allocation ratio reconfigurable power dividers are in good agreement.In summary,four reconfigurable power dividers are designed with adjustable operating frequency,adjustable allocation ratio,adjustable allocation path number and allocation ratio,and adjustable phase difference and allocation ratio in this thesis,and the tunable range and the overall performance are better compared with the research of related reference.so,they has certain reference and application value in microwave communication.
