Research On Traceability Management Of Fenghuan Single Cong Tea Based On Blockchain Technology

Fenghuang single cluster tea is a national geographical indication protected agricultural product in China.It was officially listed in the list of important agricultural and cultural heritage in 2008.With the rapid development of e-commerce and the continuous upgrading of consumer market,the quality and safety problems of fake and inferior products of Fenghuang single-cluster tea have become increasingly prominent.It is difficult for consumers to identify the true and false information of tea products and to determine the source of fake and inferior products.Therefore,in the face of such a severe situation,how to achieve effective accountability for problem tea,eradicate the phenomenon of fake and inferior tea,and enhance the brand image of Fenghuang single cluster tea is urgent.This paper puts forward a method based on block chain technology to solve the problem of traceability of Fenghuang single cluster tea products.Firstly,the development status of Fenghuang single cluster tea industry was investigated,and the process of cultivation,processing,marketing and logistics of tea supply chain was investigated and data collected.Statistical analysis shows that there are some problems in the information query of quality and safety traceability transaction in Fenghuang single tea supply chain based on traditional technology: the quality of Fenghuang single tea is unstable,the cooperation of endorsers in supply chain is difficult,the information of centralized database is more tampered with,the problem of information islands,the information checking between systems is complicated,and the traceability barcode can be duplicated.Sex,consumer privacy information leakage serious pain points.The feasibility and necessity of the combination of block chain technology and Fenghuang single cluster tea traceability system are analyzed from the technical principle level,including the coupling relationship of subject,trading mechanism and intelligent contract.According to the technical characteristics of decentralization and tamper-proof of the block chain,the problem of traceability of Fenghuang single-cluster tea in supply chain is put forward.The block chain technology is applied to the data storage,information transmission and verification mode of traceability system.Using Hyperledger Fabric(Super Account)as the underlying structure,the Fenghuang single-cluster tea traceability management system based on Fabric is built.The control theory ofNeo-Confucianism and the related management theory of Total Quality Management(TQM)put forward the decision-making suggestions for perfecting the traceability management system of Fenghuang single-cluster tea quality and safety,for implementing the quality management of the whole process of cultivation,production and processing of Fenghuang single-cluster tea products,and for establishing and perfecting the traceability management system of Fenghuang single-cluster tea.
