Research On Logistics Distribution Path Optimization Of W Company Supermarket Chain

With the rapid development of society,people's requirements for daily life are constantly improving.As a place to provide daily necessities,chain supermarkets occupy an important position in social activities.In the actual development process,with the increasing number of chain supermarket stores,in order to meet consumers' shopping needs for complete shopping,the variety of goods sold by supermarkets is also constantly new.With the intensification of competition in the same industry,the operating cost of supermarkets is also increasing.Therefore,in the process of development,chain supermarkets must seek progress in reducing costs,improving commodity profits,improving customer satisfaction and other aspects,so as to enable enterprises to occupy a larger share in the market competition and achieve steady development.The core work of supermarket chain lies in the rapid transfer of goods,so as to achieve a complete range of goods in the supermarket and provide consumers with the best shopping experience.Therefore,the efficiency of logistics distribution also directly affects the operating cost and consumer reputation of the supermarket.As the logistics industry has been paid more and more attention in recent years,the theory and research on distribution problems are more and more close to daily life and enterprise operation,and the optimization of practical problems is more and more worthy of in-depth study.For enterprises,reasonable logistics and distribution schemes are improved and optimized in adjusting vehicle arrangement,route planning,delivery time and other aspects,so as to reduce the cost of logistics and distribution,meet the need for goods to reach the required stores more efficiently,improve distribution efficiency,improve customer shopping satisfaction and ensure service quality.Through consulting a large number of literature on logistics distribution research,this paper studied the relevant theories of distribution path optimization at home and abroad.Through field investigation and internship,two distribution links of department stores and home appliances in W supermarket chain were set up to study the distribution route.Through field investigation of the distribution routes of W chain supermarket and the ordering data of selected urban stores,it is analyzed that W chain supermarket has many problems such as complicated route planning,low loading rate and too long total driving distance,etc.The VRP model with the goal of minimum cost is established and the limitation factors such as store arrival time requirements are combined.For path optimization algorithm based on the genetic algorithm for the two corresponding solving optimization problem,and compare with the initial distribution schemes analysis in cubed out,the total cost,the improvement of factors such as distance,meet the delivery time requirements of stores,to shorten the distribution range,reduce logistics cost,reduce the number of vehicles,improve the efficiency of the company's goal.
