Research On Coupling Of Huawei's Technology Innovation And Profit Model

After the reform and opening up,China's economy is developing rapidly and has become an important force in world economic development.The key to the formation of this force is the strong development of the enterprise as the micro subject.The development of an enterprise is the result of the driving factors of internal resource integration in the changing external environment.So what are the main driving forces for a company's growth,and how are these factors integrated and coordinated?Many scholars have shown that technological innovation is the core driving force for the development of enterprises,but also requires the coordination of system,talent and organizational innovation.This paper believes that the sustainable growth of enterprises depends on technological innovation and the co-driven by the evolving profit model.Taking Huawei,a highly successful technology-intensive enterprise in China,as the research object,and conducts an in-depth study in order to reveal the results and mechanism of this coupling dual driving synergy.After defining the basic concepts of technological innovation and profit model,expounding the theoretical basis of technological innovation and profit model,this paper gives a general introduction to Huawei's growth course,organizational structure,main business,operation and financial situation,the process of its technological innovation and the evolution of its profit model are introduced in detail.Next,first adopt the qualitative research method of grounded theory,by collecting public videos and internal speeches or interviews of Huawei's founders,information published on Huawei's official website,financial reports and information data disclosed to the public,books and materials related to Huawei,and academic papers on Huawei Research,etc.,the concept and initial category are obtained from the text data by using open coding technique,and then the main category is obtained by using the causality paradigm of spindle coding technique,then through the choice of coding technology to obtain the final core category,and the results depicted the company growth story line,it qualitatively establishes the coupling relationship between technology innovation and profit model and reveals the dual-driven collaborative process.Second,based on theory of coupling,the thesis calculated the coupling degree and the coordination degree of coupling,and the evaluation index system of coupling degree is constructed by using the seven main categories of grounded theory,and the weight is determined by entropy weight method.The calculation of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree between technology innovation and profit model evolution of Huawei and ZTE from 2014 to 2018.The results show that there is a high degree of coupling between the technological innovation and the evolution of the profit model,but there is still room for improvement.Therefore,Suggestions are put forward to further improve the synergy between Huawei's technological innovation and the evolution of its profit model.In conclusion,this paper uses grounded theory and coupling theory to qualitative and quantitative analysis the drivers of Huawei's rapid growth,and summarizes the mechanism of Huawei's rapid growth driven by both technology innovation and profit model.It not only has decision-making reference significance for the sustainable development of Huawei,but also provides enlightenment for other enterprises to make development strategy.
