Research On Product Architecture Design Of Children Accompany Robot Based On Affective Mapping

Inspired by the logical connection between design elements and perceptual words in Kansei Engineering,the theory and method of product construction are integrated in this research.This paper combines the perceptual mapping relation with the SAPAD method model,taking the mapping relation between the user's perceptual intention and the reasonable product module construction form as the starting point,and on the basis of the research on the user's emotion and behavior mode,to achieve the goal of more accurate acquisition of users' tacit knowledge.Firstly,in the form of product module assignment,combined with the study of user behavior,six levels of meaningful dimension cluster analysis of user behavior are carried out under SAPAD method model,the main design direction and the key modules with great relevance to the meaning of the robot are obtained,and then the user role model based on the meaning of the user's behavior and the new product module construction form are constructed Secondly,through the perceptual image semantic evaluation experiment and the statistical method,the samples of the child-accompanying robot products and the user's perceptual image vocabulary are extracted and clustered,finally,according to the specific situation of the representative children accompanying robot product sample,we divide it into modules,through the eye movement experiment and the representation perceptual image vocabulary establish the number mapping relation,thus obtained each sample product module as well as among them the design essential factor in the perceptual image dimension status,it can guide the design of new product module.The subject is devoted to the study of users' perceptual cognitive model and behavioral meaning,through establishing the mapping relationship based on perceptual image space and product module construction,to a certain extent,users' perceptual needs can be understood,then,the design direction of the product module construction form is given,and the product with reasonable function distribution and good appearance is designed finally,which makes the user-centered design idea be effectively expressed in the product.
