Design And Research Of Monitoring System For Wheel Hub Assembly Line Based On OPC Technology

With the continuous development of industrial automation technology,the application scope of automated production lines is also expanding day by day.Behind its prosperity and development,safety issues have always been the object of attention in production lines.The emergence of the monitoring system has largely solved many hidden dangers in the operation of the production line.As the complexity of the production line continues to increase,the monitoring system has been given more meaning.In addition to the basic monitoring functions,it also needs to have Production process analysis and guidance functions.On this basis,this article combines the advantages and disadvantages of the monitoring system developed by configuration software and high-level programming languages.Through in-depth research on OPC technology and C/S mode applications,a development of an OPC communication system based on Qt+KEPServer EX is proposed.Mode,combined with project practice,clearly divided the functions of the monitoring system.The main work is as follows:(1)Using the rapid prototype development model,after many on-site debugging and user feedback,the system functions are finally divided into 5 aspects,which provides a reliable basis for the demand analysis of this article.(2)For the use of OPC technology,use C/S mode as the basic structure to configure KEPServer EX,complete the connection with PLC,and import the corresponding OPC file interface,complete the client's writing,and form an efficient and stable OPC Communication mechanism.(3)In response to the lack of configuration software,this paper has carried out routine and meticulous processing of data,mainly based on the concept of SPC theory,etc.to control the analysis and evaluation of the operation process of the production line,and point out the direction for the subsequent improvement of the production line.And the interactive interface has been carefully designed.After a series of analysis and development work,a complete set of wheel hub assembly line monitoring system was finally formed,which realized effective monitoring of the wheel hub assembly line,and proved its stability and efficiency in actual production.
