As a summer station of China's Antarctic scientific research,Taishan Station has insufficient energy supply.To ensure the normal development of scientific expedition activities at Taishan Station,an unmanned energy platform is required to provide continuous energy supply for Antarctic scientific expedition equipment.Affected by the environment,Taishan Station is unattended in winter.In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the unattended energy platform,it is necessary to provide remote communication services for it.According to the actual project requirements,this paper designs and implements the data communication system of the unmanned energy platform,which provides a channel for the domestic staff to monitor and control the unmanned energy platform.Antarctic Taishan Station is an Antarctic scientific expedition summer station established by China.It only has scientific expedition personnel working in summer and lacks energy supply.In order to ensure that the scientific research activities of the Antarctic Taishan Station can still be carried out normally in winter,the unmanned energy platform is needed to provide energy support and a good operating environment for the Antarctic scientific research equipment.In order to ensure that the unattended energy platform can operate stably for a long time,this paper designs and realizes the data communication system of the unattended energy platform based on actual project requirements,with the purpose of realizing the monitoring of the unattended energy platform.By analyzing the function and performance of the data communication system of the unattended energy platform,the data communication system is divided into data acquisition and processing module and data transmission module.And each module is designed and implemented.The main work content is as follows:(1)Design the data acquisition and processing module.Socket communication is used to realize data acquisition between upper computer and PLC controller.Based on the formulation of data communication format and data characteristics,the classification of collected data is realized,and the effective extraction of alarm information and the verification of PLC control commands are taken into consideration.The switch quantity adopts the shift storage method,and the analog quantity adopts gzip and bzip2 compression technology to reduce the consumption of Iridium satellite traffic.(2)Design the data transmission module.The data transmission scene is divided into the remote data transmission between the Antarctic field and the domestic and the short-distance data transmission between the Antarctic field equipment.For remote data transmission,the Iridium satellite communication and FTP passive transmission modes are used to realize the data interaction between the Antarctic field and the domestic.Field data interaction includes the Antarctic host computer parses the device restart command and realizes the device restart through the DM6420 data board.The host computer,the scientific research equipment and the NAS realize the mass storage of data through the file sharing protocol,and the heartbeat monitoring method is adopted between the two upper computers to realize the state switching of the main and standby machines.(3)In view of the security problems in the system,check and encryption are used to ensure the integrity and security of the data in the remote transmission process.In order to improve the reliability of the system,the system is designed with redundant structure.Combined with the characteristics of the hardware interface,the data transmission channel based on RS-485 communication is designed to realize the direct communication between the host computer and the generator set,battery management.The simulated hardware failure test results show that the system is safe and reliable..Finally,the software function of the system is realized based on C/C++ language and the system construction is completed.The test and application of the system show that the data communication system realizes the remote monitoring and control of the unattended energy platform by the domestic monitoring center,and the system runs stably and has high reliability.
