With the continuous emergence of applications in the field of knowledge engineering,research on ontology has also been widely carried out in academia and industry.The activities of ontology construction are gradually increasing,but the quality of ontology constructed is relatively far behind.The openness of Ontology enables everyone to publish their own ontology data,and nowadays,there are also cases of completing ontology construction through automatic screening of Internet data.In order to make the constructed ontology have a certain usability,the ontology evaluation is an indispensable part of the ontology engineering cycle.Whether it is in any process of the construction,evolution,management,and application of the ontology,it involves the activity of ontology evaluation.There are many objectives of ontology evaluation,such as the scalability,consistency,conciseness,and maintainability of ontology,which reflect a certain aspect of ontology quality,and the objective of the evaluation in this paper is the credibility of ontology knowledge.Credibility can be interpreted as the content domain of the ontology is relevant and correct.Therefore,in order to ensure the domain relevance and the correctness of the content,this paper proposes a thesaurus-based credibility evaluation method for ontology knowledge.By analyzing the characteristics of the ontology itself and using the thesaurus as the domain standard,comprehensive evaluation of the credibility of ontology knowledge is carried out from the conceptual level,the structure level,and the application level.At the conceptual level,this method evaluates the credibility of the concept from the perspective of the domain concept coverage of the ontology,combined with the depth of influence of the concept level;at the structural level,the relationship of the ontology is divided into classification relations and non-classification relations,and detects itself separately The contradiction relationship and the contradiction relationship with the thesaurus are used to evaluate the structural credibility of the ontology;at the application layer,domain experts participate in the design of the problem set and give a verification set,and query the problem set in the ontology to obtain the result set.Finally,By comparing the contents of the result set and the verification set,the application credibility evaluation of the ontology is completed.On the basis of the above work,this research implements OCEvaluator,a credibility assessment tool for ontology knowledge based on the thesaurus.In order to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation method in this tool,by obtaining the information of the Wikipedia classification page and content page,combined with manual selection and editing,7 domain ontologies were constructed,and then by artificial noise,each domain ontology was obtained There are 3 contrast ontology.Experimental tests on the test ontology show that the ontology credibility evaluation method proposed in this paper can effectively distinguish high-quality ontology from low-quality ontology,and the tool itself can output content judged as untrustworthy,facilitating subsequent ontology evolution.
