As the base of knowledge communication,communion and cooperation, Ontology develops so far. However, there are still many problems going with its abroad applications: ontological engineering tools are short of currency, efficiency for ontology storing is low and it is difficult to express ontology query, and so on. In a word, it is short of effective system managing technology and method in Ontology domain, exploitations of system for ontology management are imperative under the situation. System for ontology management is composed of ontology constructing, ontology storing and ontology query modules. This paper aims at integration performances of the system, studys many key technologies for ontology storing and ontology query.In the paper, we firstly introduce database technologies into ontology storing, put farther forward a directly storing method from ontology to relational database, this method makes for advancing efficiency for ontology storing and query. Secondly, we ameliorate RDF/OWL ontology storing arithmetics: RDF2RDB and OWL2RDB, experiments prove these betterments can improve query efficiency for ontology data stored. Whereafter, we study the reverse technique from relational database to ontology, put forward a method from relational pattern to OWL, it proves to be valid through an example.On the base of query demand for semantics, this thesis synthetically analyzes the performances and backdrops of XML,RDF and OWL ontology query languages presently, brings forward a query means, it combines both template and query language mechanisms, surmounts localizations of single query language, enhances capacity of query and it is easy to realize query to heterogeneous data sources.In the end, the paper designs antitype system for ontology management based on frame. The design of antitype system considers applied demand of reality in information system plenty. This system has strong maneuverability, naturalization, currency and expansibility.
