With the integration and development of "Internet + cultural tourism industry",smart services play an important role in tourists' autonomous tourism scenes. As an important part of tourism, smart guided tours help tourists and scenic spots to carry out effective information transmission, and enrich the tour experience in an interactive form.At the same time, the application of new VR and AR technologies has greatly stimulated tourists' curiosity and desire for experience,so that new experience forms can be used in interesting interaction and popular science education for design. The research carried out related research based on the wisdom tour of Chengdu Botanical Garden.Conducted quantitative analysis, keyword cluster analysis and cutting-edge analysis on the research literature of smart navigation;summarized and analyzed the current situation and development trend of smart navigation;in the botanical garden, user experience, rooted theory, user satisfaction and other related concepts On the basis of theory and theory, conduct a field survey of the Chengdu Botanical Garden navigation system.First, summarize and sort out the service content of online smart guides, offline guide experience maps, and management requirements. On the basis of a preliminary understanding of the current situation of the Chengdu Botanical Garden, the original data are collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, and the original text data of the interviews are manually coded using grounded theory research methods, and finally constructed based on individual characteristics, interactions and environments And the three-dimensional service level of the botanical garden tour experience element model. Finally, guided by the APEC experience model, the user experience design ideas of the smart navigation mini program are discussed from the four aspects of aesthetics, practicality, emotion and cognition. With the in-depth analysis of the interview text and questionnaire data, user portraits and user experience maps are also clearly visible. Both provide opportunities and footholds for the development of design plans. The peak-end theory is used to optimize the experience and propose three design priorities:(1)The guide service is mainly route recommendation and guidance.Design smart navigation mini programs to guide visitors, and reduce users' thinking about routes in the park through official planning of reasonable routes;(2)Clear and easily perceive service facilities. The service facilities are divided according to their functions to facilitate the screening and positioning of tourists;(3)Individualized,interesting and interactive information content and interactive methods, services to deliver popular science information and navigation information in the park, when the user perceives the interest,Encourage visitors to share behaviors so that visitors can spontaneously promote the botanical garden. The design part is the smart navigation mini program and electronic guide sign product design covering three functional sections: route recommendation and guidance, popular science knowledge, and basic information of the botanical garden. Finally, the usability test was conducted with the SUS scale, and the test results showed that the usability was high. Therefore, this subject has certain reference value for the design of smart guides such as botanical gardens and similar forest parks.
