First, starting from the B/S structure and the hierarchical design idea, this paper analyzes the problems of B/S, and designs the B/S and Smart Client integration framework, which has B/S and Smart Client 's advantages, such as easy to maintain and upgrade, on-contact deployment, automatic updating, dynamic loading and facilitate use of work off-line. It solves the problem of B/S which needs connective network, thereby reduces the excessive burden on the server, and solves the problem of excessively high maintenance costs. With the traditional e-commerce websites, it puts the picture processing which has to be too much interaction with the server on the local client. Image processing can be to do on the local client when the network delays or without network connection, and does not require interaction with the server at any time. This article gives a better solution to the problem that each B/S mode applications need to Web support. At the same time the author designs and codes picture processing algorithm both in B/S mode and Smart Client, including gray processing, enlarging and reducing, editing text, smooth processing, and photo synthesis and so on.Finally, the author designs and codes to achieve the Digital-printing Customer Service System in Visual Studio.NET 2005.This paper discusses the problems of designing and solution in details, and the major work are summarized and prospects. The development of the system has played an important role in the processing business, provides users with a convenient powerful tool.
