In the era of social network,the new social platform has become an important platform for users to obtain information and share views.Emotional information is more fluid in the circle structure,while the traditional transmission of facts and opinions is not cohesive enough in maintaining community emotion,so emotional communication has become the norm.Emotional communication in social networks is reflected in the gradual diffusion through social sharing and emotional infection,which affects the process of public opinion events.Therefore,this article is conducive to the guidance and management of social network public opinion and public emotion by investigating the emotional types,communication laws and influence in the evolution of social network public opinion of Huawei sanctions.Based on the above background,this article is guided by emotion communication theory,based on text mining methods,and explores the evolution of events,subtopics,and emotions through empirical cases.From the perspective of emotions,it examines the driving effect of emotions on users' behavior tendency,and explores the influence of emotion communication on the evolution of social network public opinion by using the behavior tendency of users' under the influence of emotion.The study found that:(1)With the evolution of time,the subtopics of "trade embargo against Huawei by other countries" and "Huawei is a spy agency of the Chinese military" remain hot,and conflicting events and Huawei's negative image have been widely discussed and interacted by the public.(2)The discussion of related topics is dominated by positive emotions.The emergence of positive emotions is accompanied by users' support for trade sanctions and Huawei's social responsibility for antiepidemic,as well as attention to new technologies and products.In the “US sanctions on Huawei event”,the negative events triggered more positive emotions.The possible reasons are: first,during the trump period,the rise of us technological nationalism and the ideological mobilization of technological issues aroused the national emotions of overseas users in support of trade sanctions;Second,in cross-cultural communication,what can form cultural identity through emotional expression is more homogeneous preference.(3)The recommendation and ranking mechanisms of hot topics such as ones spread across the limitations of interpersonal communication.symbolic emotional expression of opinion leaders in form and the comments and forwarding of tendentious views in content make the propagation speed of emotional information increase geometrically under the action of the fission information dissemination mechanism of social media platform,The impact on users moves from the emotional level to the viewpoint level,and then from the viewpoint level to the action level,so as to promote the event process and affect the evolution of network public opinion(4)Correlation analysis shows that,in general,compared with neutral emotion,intense positive emotion and negative emotion have a greater impact on sharing behavior on social media,while there is no significant difference between positive emotion and negative emotion;Positive emotion and negative emotion have different effects on different themes.According to the research conclusions,the discussion of strategy in this article starts from the law of the diffusion of public opinion on social networks,conducts precise node analysis,monitors and early warning of public opinion,and incorporates public opinion research and judgment into a long-term strategy.
