At present,the dissemination of online public opinion mostly occurs on social platforms,and social platform companies and self-media practitioners play an important role in the dissemination of online public opinion.With the development of Internet technology,people can share information and express opinions more conveniently and quickly,but the concealment,timeliness and interactivity of the Internet make the uncertainty of network information increase,and rumors and false information in the Internet age are more lethal.force.In the online public opinion related to the enterprise,if the enterprise handles it improperly,it will damage the reputation of the enterprise,affect the development of the enterprise,and may even endanger social stability in serious cases;Being challenged can also easily cause panic among the people and cause social unrest.Therefore,we urgently need to understand the communication mechanism of network public opinion on social platforms,and accordingly give corresponding guidance strategies for network public opinion.The spread of online public opinion is not controlled by a single organization or individual,it is the result of the interaction between the government,social platform companies and self-media practitioners.The successful guidance of online public opinion requires the cooperation of the government,social platform companies and self-media practitioners.However,in the guidance of online public opinion,social platform companies and self-media practitioners often act against the overall interests in pursuit of the concept of maximizing their own interests.In the process of collaborative guidance of online public opinion,regulating the behavior of social platform companies and self-media practitioners is the key to ensuring the normal operation of the public opinion guidance system and eliminating the negative impact of online public opinion.On the premise of analyzing the current research status of network public opinion communication,this paper is based on infectious disease dynamics,the spiral theory of silence,two-level communication theory and evolutionary game theory,taking social platform network public opinion as the research object,and considering the emotions among netizens Competition,exploring the communication mechanism of network public opinion.First,determine the source of data,use web crawlers to obtain microblog text content and perform data preprocessing;secondly,use BERT model to predict emotion;finally build SI2R model,conduct simulation analysis based on emotion prediction results,and explore infection rate and removal rate through simulation analysis The impact on the dissemination of public opinion on the Internet.On this basis,this paper conducts a further discussion,discussing the feasibility of the government-social platform enterprise-we media practitioners’ network public opinion collaborative guidance system through the evolutionary game model.Finally,based on the research results of the social platform network public opinion dissemination mechanism and the relevant theoretical basis of communication,a three-party evolutionary game model of the government,social platform enterprises and self-media practitioners was constructed,and the stability of the model was analyzed,an d explored through model derivation and simulation experiments Influencing factors of tripartite decision-making behavior.Based on the application of infectious disease dynamics to describe the spread of Internet public opinion,this paper considers the emotional competition among Internet users,and through the simulation analysis of the SI2R model,it is concluded that the emotional infection rate plays a key role in the spread of Internet public opinion.Combined with the background of drastic changes in the media industry,systematically consider the possibility and difficulties faced by the government-social platform companies-self-media practitioners’ tripartite collaborative social platform network public opinion guidance system,and provide theoretical support and decision-making support for social platform network public opinion guidance.
