Credit is the foundation of modern market economy.Improving the honesty level of social subjects and promoting the publicity of public credit information are conducive to maintaining the stability of market order and promoting economic and social development.Since 2014,when the State Council issued the outline of social credit system construction planning(2014-2020),great progress has been made in the construction of Public Credit Information System.In December 2009,the Standing Committee of Hunan Provincial People's Congress reviewed and adopted the resolution on vigorously promoting social credit construction,requiring the government to strengthen organizational leadership,increase overall planning efforts,and improve system construction,the paper puts forward that the credit information resources should be fully integrated under the premise of guaranteeing the quality of credit information.In order to standardize the collection,disclosure and use of public credit information,strengthen the management of public credit information,comprehensively promote the construction of a social credit system,and create a good social credit environment for the construction of "Credit Hunan",in June 2015,Hunan Provincial People's Government No.42 The second executive meeting passed the Interim Measures for the Management of Public Credit Information of Hunan Province.In addition,in order to broaden the channels of credit information disclosure,Hunan Province launched the "credit Hunan"website and the credit information sharing and exchange platform of Hunan Province in 2015,providing a platform guarantee for credit information disclosure and sharing.Because of this,the paper selects Hunan Province as the research sample,carries on the research to our country local public credit information openness,which has the vital research significance.This article mainly includes four main parts.The first part introduces the subjects of public credit information disclosure in Hunan Province: government administrative agencies and judicial agencies and organizations authorized by laws and regulations to manage public affairs.At the same time,they are listed separately.The main body's advantages in credit information disclosure and current problems;the second part mainly introduces the content of public credit information disclosure,and divides it from different perspectives;the third part discusses the public credit information disclosure of Hunan Province Main channels,such as traditional media such as the websites of governments and departments at all levels,government clients,news media,newspapers and magazines.In addition,suggestions for broadening channels are given to realize the sharing of public credit information;the fourth part mainly focuses on the laws and regulations related to public credit information disclosure in Hunan Province and other normative documents.The legal policy guarantee is to effectively carry out public credit information disclosure.An important prerequisite for work.The continuous improvement of policies,regulations and standard systems is conducive to creating a good atmosphere for local development.The article conducts research on public credit information disclosure in Hunan Province,which will help promote the process of public credit information disclosure in Hunan Province.
