Research On Evaluation Of Influencing Factors Of Security Information Behavior Of Network Interrogation Users

As a part of ?Internet medical treatment?,network interrogation can better optimize the utilization of medical resources,alleviate the irrationality of resource allocation,and play a certain role in traditional interrogation.Network interrogation has gradually become a choice for people to seek medical advice,but there are many factors that will affect the security of user information behavior in the process of interrogation.By exploring and evaluating the influencing factors of the network interrogation users' security information behavior,we can grasp the security level of the influencing factors,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for users' security information behavior.However,the current research on the influencing factors of the security information behavior of network interrogation users is not enough,and there is no empirical research.The evaluation research on the influencing factors of the security information behavior of network interrogation users is even scarcer.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the evaluation research on the influencing factors of network interrogation users' security information behavior.In this study,the network interrogation users are taken as the research object.First of all,the semi-structured interview method is used to collect data,according to the research strategy of the grounded theory,and the coding analysis is used to extract the influencing factors of the users' security information behavior during the process of network interrogation.Based on this and according to the design principle of the index system and through the Delphi method,an evaluation index system for the influencing factors of network interrogation users' security information behavior is formed.Then,the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to conduct an empirical evaluation of the influencing factors of network interrogation users' security information behavior.The main findings of this research are as follows.(1)This study extracted the influencing factors of the security information behavior of network interrogation users.The source of influencing factors is used as the basis for division,and the ?influencing factors from users themselves?,?influencing factors from other personnel? and ?influencing factors from environment? are finally extracted.Among them,the influencing factors from the users themselves include individual characteristics,safety awareness,safety knowledge and experience,safety information capability,role perception,emotional tendency,and disease status;the influencing factors from other personnel include doctors' influencing factors and non-doctor influencing factors;and the influencing factors from environment include interrogation environment influencing factors and non-interrogation environment influencing factors.(2)The research determines the evaluation index system for the influencing factors of the security information behavior of network interrogation users.The system is composed of 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,and 23 third-level indicators.At the same time,the indicators in the evaluation index system are described.In addition,the weight of indicators is calculated according to the analytic hierarchy process.(3)The paper makes an empirical evaluation of the influencing factors of network interrogation users' security information behavior.From the overall evaluation results,the overall security evaluation level of the influencing factors of the network interrogation users' security information behavior is low.Among them,the overall security level of users' influencing factors is medium,while the overall security level of other personnel and environmental influencing factors is low.From the user's demographic characteristics,it can be found that different genders,different ages,different educational levels,different health conditions,different use identities,and different use of platform conditions will make the security degree of the influencing factors different.This study interprets and analyzes the evaluation results from privacy protection beliefs,availability bias,and asymmetric information theory.And this study proposes that: at the user's own level,users need to improve their own safety awareness,enhance their own safety information capabilities,and cultivate themselves to establish a correct concept of interrogation.At the level of the interrogation platform,the network interrogation platform needs to strengthen its management system,and improve the professional ethics of the platform personnel.At the level of national support,the state needs to establish special network interrogation laws and regulations,and clarify the responsibilities of various agencies for the promotion and guidance of network interrogation.
