Research On The Evaluation Of Information Security Risk Under “Internet +” Background

Along with the informationization and digitization constantly expand and extend to traditional industries,network information plays a more and more important role in people's lives as facing the trend of "Internet +".The size of the Internet is rapidly increasing and the complexity of the Internet is also increasing greatly,at the same time the security risk issues of the Internet more and more exposed.The Internet lead to the gradual increase in the risk of information security under the condition that new normal face more security threats.In recent years,network information security has become the focus of research,many scholars have carried on the exploration and research on the related fields of information security risk.Based on the divide of previous studies for information security risks,it established evaluation index system and evaluated the running effect of the information security risk system on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of information security risk.This paper focuses on the divide of the influencing factors of information security risk and the construction of information security risk evaluation index system.First of all,putting forward the concept of information security risk,and making a discuss for the influence factors of information security risk which consist of four aspects,namely the information security risk factors,environmental factors,technical factors and management factors,personnel;analyzing the relationship of the four influence function and form,and putting forward the hypothesis and construct the influence mechanism of the theoretical model.At the same time,finding all factors of observation variables,designing questionnaire,making data recovery,and verifying explanations and making hypothesis verification of effect factors with using the SEM empirical explanation;Secondly,summaring information security risk factors from the two aspects of literature and practical research,and getting the preliminary evaluation index system,and then determining the evaluation index system after making a selection of the primary indexes with the group eigenvalue method;Finally,using entropy method to evaluate the index system,and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper provide the method and path for the control of information security risk,for the construction of suitable evaluation index systems and for the determination of information security risk factors by trying to combine the theory and practice,combining qualitative and quantitative.
