The rise of "Internet + health care" and the implementation of "healthy China" strategy have promoted the vigorous development of a large number of online health communities.Online health community is an important tool to assist users in health management, understanding health and medical knowledge, and exchanging medical experience. But growing as the user groups and user information interaction frequency rising, and online community information sharing of the information asymmetry, adverse health information flood information such as the ecological problems are increasingly prominent, how to build a good online community health information sharing environment to the benign development of the online health communities, how to correctly grasp the user's online health information service needs to enhance the user viscosity, how to arouse the enthusiasm for users to share information in order to achieve higher efficiency of health medical information sharing, etc is an online community to build the good information ecology system, realize the sustainable development problem to be solved.Information ecology is a unity composed of information environment, information, information and information technology. From the perspective of information ecology,it is helpful to provide a new perspective for the study of information behavior of online health community users to discuss the information sharing behavior of online health community users. Therefore, from the perspective of information ecology, this paper explores the influencing factors of online health community users' information sharing behavior, and constructs a model of influencing factors of online health community users' information sharing behavior.Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories of online health community, information ecology and information sharing, and analyzes the information ecological factors, information ecological chain and information ecological niche in the information ecosystem of online health community.Secondly, domestic and foreign relevant literature was sorted out,the influencing factors of online health community users' information sharing behavior were extracted from the perspective of information ecology according to the characteristics of online health community, the research hypothesis was put forward, the hypothesis model of influencing factors was constructed, and the relevant questionnaire was designed on this basis. Finally,SPSS and AMOS software were used to conduct reliability and validity tests, confirmatory factor analysis and model tests on the questionnaire data to verify the proposed influencing factor model of online health community users' information sharing behavior. In this paper, the 312 valid questionnaire data analysis, results show that the community of users online health information sharing behavior influence factor model, the interactive atmosphere under the information environment dimension, information dimension information usefulness and ease of use,the information of one dimension of self-efficacy information sharing for the users will have a positive influence of different level, under the information technology dimension technology for sex and technical security have positive effect on user information sharing behavior, user information sharing will have a regulation on user information sharing behavior, and the model with moderate in a reasonable range. On the basis of this, some suggestions are put forward for the four dimensions of information ecology of online health community, aiming at promoting the long-term healthy development of information ecosystem of online health community.
