Research On The Construction Of Scientific Data Librarian Team In University Libraries

The change of scientific research environment in the era of big data has brought great changes to the way of library data service,and the development and construction of scientific data librarian cooperation is an inevitable trend.This paper first defines the concept of scientific data librarian cooperation and expounds the necessity of building scientific data librarian cooperation in university library.Then,choose a more advanced scientific data librarian cooperation construction in China and abroad of the university library as investigation object,including foreign 29,10 domestic university libraries,the scientific data to investigate the college library's construction situation,including setting job responsibility scientific data librarian management institutions and scientific data librarian's continued education mechanism,summed up the scientific data to foreign colleges and universities' library construction of successful experience.A scientific data sharing platform incorporating advanced scientific and technological means is included in the comprehensive policy and regulations designed to build a sound of training and assessment mechanism for scientific data librarians.The paper also summed up the scientific data in colleges and universities' library construction problems,including the lack of scientific data service consciousness to perfect the policy system of scientific data librarian.The service content is not enough in-depth scientific data organization and management organization construction is imperfect and so on,and then analysis,improvement of domestic scientific data librarian cooperation conforms to the transformation of library development in our country are putting forward and librarians' own development need scientific data librarian cooperation construction method.Including setting explicit scientific data librarian post,clarifying the responsibilities,conducive to the development of the scientific data librarian organization and management agencies,strict scientific data librarian,the work of selecting the qualified librarians training and examination cooperation,in order to provide scientific data in colleges and universities library construction reference.
