| Since 2017,with the rapid development of cloud computing,mobile Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the development of traditional business of communication operators has gradually entered a bottleneck period,and the business growth point has gradually shifted from traditional business to IoT business.The consumption demand of Chinese people in communication service has changed from simple traffic and voice communication to data and intelligent application service.The IoT business has become the future business development direction of communication operators.This trend not only puts forward better requirements for the business strategies of communication operators,but also becomes the inevitable strategy for communication operators to choose business transformation and upgrading.As the Jiangxi branch of a domestic telecom operator,JX Mobile’s IoT business is mainly carried out under the unified arrangement of the parent company.The IoT business mainly provides network connection service for selling IoT cards to customers and obtains network traffic income accordingly.Although the number of users of the IoT business is growing rapidly,the user share is still far below that of the mobile business.Within the whole group,the user share of the IoT business of the provincial branch is also below the average level.It is the top priority of JX Mobile to seize the development opportunities of the IoT business,expand the scale of IoT connection and increase the share of users of IoT business.This thesis adopts the theory of strategic management to conduct strategic research on the development of IoT business of JX Mobile Company.First of all,the current situation of IoT business development of JX Mobile Company and the existing problems in the development process are found through the investigation,which mainly include: backward decision-making mechanism,lack of overall planning,scattered industrial ecology and lack of key capabilities.In view of the development status of the IoT business of JX Mobile Company,this thesis adopts PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis to make strategic analysis on the development of the IoT business of JX Company.Finally,according to the development orientation of the IoT business of JX Mobile,the strategy is formulated,and targeted strategy implementation measures and safeguard measures are put forward. |
