With the continuous development and change of economic globalization and informatization,all kinds of enterprises are growing rapidly in this environment.At the same time,the contradictions and conflicts within enterprises are becoming more and more obvious.Management communication plays a vital role in the process of enterprise management.Management communication is not only a process of orderly information exchange,content sharing and knowledge transfer in the enterprise,but also a medium to help the enterprise achieve the reform goal and realize the efficient operation of the enterprise.Coincides with the critical period of in-depth promotion and development of media integration strategy,cultural enterprises including H Group are facing huge challenges and pressures.As an important part of promoting the implementation of media integration strategy,internal management communication can not only effectively improve management efficiency,improve internal skills,but also help cultural enterprises to break through bottlenecks,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of media organizations to build the main position of public opinion and seize the commanding heights of communication.Therefore,This document considers communication of internal management of Group H as the subject of research,based on the background of media convergence strategy,and based on the ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems,focuses on the topic of how to optimize the internal management communication of H Group.Firstly,This document summarizes the context and importance of this topic,BEM As the state of research of media integration and communication management,as well as the content and methods of the research,and then expounds the concepts related to media convergence and management communication as well as the basic theory of management communication.Through the questionnaire,in-depth interview and other relevant methods of research in social sciences,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the internal management and communication of H Group at the present stage,and finds that the main problems include low effectiveness of formal communication channels,unsmooth internal communication and single internal communication channels.And the corresponding causes are manifested in the lack of communication awareness of enterprise leaders,organizational structure adverse effective communication,lack of sound communication mechanism and There are four main aspects of the Bad Communication Environment.Finally,the context of the media integration strategy,puts forward some strategy can optimize the H group internal management communication,mainly including strategic planning,formulate scientific internal management communication create help media integration of management communication architecture,pay attention to improve the system of internal management communication,and create a good environment for internal communication atmosphere.Through this research,we hope to effectively improve the effectiveness of internal management communication in H Group.
