In the 21st century,the rapid development of science and technology,the rapid development of the Internet has had a huge impact on traditional media.If traditional media want to survive in a new business environment,they must meet the challenge,seize the opportunity,and seek the transformation and reform of the media.In the wave of reforams in the traditional media,the media industry has undergone rapid changes.Many traditional paper media,radio and television media have their own new media matrix,and the channels and forms of traditional media information dissemination have become more diverse.Traditional media should make full use of their own advantages and through new media innovation and reform of old forms of communication,in order to have a better development in the fierce competition of the survival of the fittest.As one of the four traditional media,radio stations,in order to survive in the fierce market competition in the new media era,must develop corresponding development strategies.This paper studies the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of Guangxi News 910 in the context of media convergence,and the communication strategy adopted by News 910 in this context.The study found that News 910 through media integration through Weibo,WeChat and webcasting,and also tried in the field of broadcast visualization,accumulating fans through the new media to drain the media itself;content,taking local reports on hot events Strategy,and use local cultural resources to innovate program content;in addition to online content production,establish media brands through offline activities to accumulate audiences.However,the current news 910 still lacks a young audience.The listening period is concentrated,and the program investment is not proportional to the degree of attention.The audience market should be targeted and the audience feedback channel should be increased to make the marketing and advertising forms more abundant.Communication effects and audience retention.
