Research On The Reporting Framework Of "Waste Classification" By People's Daily In 2019

Since the beginning of the new century,environmental pollution has always been the focus of people's attention.In recent years,with the continuous development of my country's economy,my country has also faced environmental problems such as air pollution,water pollution,and garbage pollution.On July 1,2019,with the implementation of the so-called "Strict Garbage Classification Measures in History" in Shanghai,the problem of garbage classification has aroused widespread public concern.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that building an ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.The reasonable classification and treatment of garbage is of vital importance to the promotion of my country's ecological civilization.The media's coverage of events will influence people's perceptions,and when reporting on events,the media often follow a certain reporting framework,and reporting with this framework as the core will also affect the audience's thinking or even to a certain extent.action.This study adopts content analysis and text analysis,and uses the framework theory of communication as the logical structure of the research.The report on "garbage classification" in the People's Daily in 2019 is used as the research sample.The content of the report is from the report of garbage classification.Empirical analysis is carried out from seven perspectives:quantity,report layout,report area,report length,report genre,report tendency,and source of information;at the report frame level,the high-level thematic framework,medium-level pictorial category,and low-level category of garbage classified reports are analyzed.Hierarchical keywords;expounds the problems and influencing factors in the process of garbage classification reports;ponders and discusses the future construction of garbage classification reports.This article believes that the "People's Daily" garbage classification report has problems such as hot and cold reports,lack of response to public opinion supervision,unbalanced topic setting,lack of scientific content in environmental communication,and simple report content.The main factor that affects the problem is the "People's Daily".Their own attributes and positioning,the lack of professional knowledge and literacy in the field of garbage classification,and the lack of diversified report content by media reporters.For this reason,this article believes that improving the construction of my country's garbage classification reports in the future should start from three perspectives.One is to build a tripartite public dialogue space for government and public media from the perspective and height of my country's ecological civilization construction,with a "five in one" overall layout.Based on the establishment of a new fashion for garbage classification;the second is to establish a long-term mechanism for garbage classification and reporting from the perspective of the public's garbage classification behavior,and to guide the public's garbage classification habits with the normalization of garbage classification reports;and the third is from the perspective of garbage classification.From the perspective of governance,advocate and construct a series of professional garbage classification knowledge reports,and use professional garbage classification reports to guide the effective management and recycling of garbage classification.
