Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures In County Community Communication

Community communication is an important field for grassroots communication,negotiation,and participation.In the process of achieving the goals of urban-rural integration,grassroots governance modernization,and community information construction,it is necessary to conduct research on county community communication.The downward shift in the focus of social management requires communities not only to upload and issue relevant policy guidelines,but also to work with residents to complete community autonomy and community affairs.An effective community communication system is the basic condition for carrying out these tasks.This article analyzes the status quo of community communication in counties in our country from the perspective of community governance,in order to establish a deep understanding of community communication in county towns,improve the effect of community communication in county towns,promote community governance,and promote the harmonious and stable development of local society.Based on the perspective of communication infrastructure theory,this article takes Wuyang·Spring Garden Community in Hutubi County as the research object,and conducts research through literature research,participating observations,interviews and questionnaire surveys,and analyzes Wuyang·Spring Garden Community Communication system.The article mainly introduces the current situation of Wuyang·Spring Garden community communication.Based on the trajectory of Laswell's "5W" communication mode,it analyzes the communication subject,communication object,communication content,The five elements of communication channels and communication effects;explore the characteristics and structure of each element in the community communication of the community,and show in detail the picture of interpersonal communication,organizational communication and mass communication in the Wuyang·Spring Garden community,with a view to researching and discovering the unique communication infrastructure of the county community.In addition,the article analyzes the positive significance of community media in county towns,and finds that different community media have different roles and functions.Through field investigation of the case communities,the article found that county community communication has certain limitations in terms of communication subject,communication content,communication media,communication audience,and communication effect,which need to be improved.Aiming at the problems of communication in Wuyang · Spring Garden community,the development path and direction of community communication in county towns are pointed out from the four aspects of communication subject,communication content,communication media,and communication audience.The development of community communication in county towns is not only a need for social development in the process of urbanization,but also an urgent need for efficient grassroots governance.This article believes that a complete community communication system will help the local harmonious development,efficient community work,improve the quality of life and overall quality of residents,and effectively promote the modernization of the grassroots governance system and governance capabilities.
