Study On Community Communication Structure And Pattern Of County

As early as in ancient times, people have the habit of gathering and residing, which can be seen as the prototype of the community. However, the really new development opportunities for community is in the period of reform and opening-up:the socialist market economic system has been basically established; the government has delegated part of the decentralization to the society; the old city and countryside dual structure has begun to collapse; the society under the process of urbanization has been changing constantly; the original "unit person" has transferred to "community person". Community has gradually become a significant place for residents and an important organization for the government management to the society. Under the proposition of building harmonious society, the construction of harmonious community also becomes pursuit and desire of either the individual or the country. However, there is no denying that the current community construction in China is still lack the support of powerful theory and encounters many real problems. Thus, Under the background of the mature theory system of community research in the western, associated with the development of our country’s community, changing the administrative management pattern in the past for a long time to the community, penetrating into communities practice, carrying out investigation, and providing advice and opinion for our country’s community management then highlight in the field of community research in China. Thus, this article complies with the trend and alternates angle at the same time, with the eye of communication and the method of sociology, willing the sights to the community of "young" country. In addition, this study will set up the foundation on the investigation of three representative communities of Shanxi Jingle, striving to discover their transmission structure and build their transmission mode. Finally, this article will try to give outlook to the community communication of county.The first part of the article is the overview and positioning analysis of community and community communication. First of all, this part makes a defined concept of community from the angle of field of sociology, urban planning and the jurisdiction of committees/streets jurisdiction. Community in this research may be defined as surrounded by urban road, with complete building and certain foundation facilities in residential area. Moreover, community in this study has been expanded to the field of exchanges between residents and community media construction. Secondly, this part involves the function of the community, and then expounds the concept of community communication.The second part of this article is the investigative analysis to Jingle County in Shanxi. In turn from the community, the evolution of community functions, community communication, this pare forms an overview of Jingle county community. Finally, the investigation object is selected-Ru Lin Community on behalf of the community of unit housing; Qian Qian He Community on behalf of the community of mixed urban-rural housing; Bai Hui Jia Yuan Community on behalf of the community of newly built commercial housing. Then this study makes questionnaire, interview outline design, keeping the prophase work for investigation to community residents.The third part of the article is the mining to structure of community communication in Jingle of Shanxi. Under the background of expounding the significance in infrastructure of community transmission, fully absorbing the nutrient of communication infrastructure theory, the structure of community communication in Jingle County is presented:the community of unit housing has high incidence and efficiency of human-to-human transmission, with a lack of effective organizational communication and slightly thin mass communication structure; interpersonal communication of the community of mixed urban-rural housing is more scattered and not thorough, with the organizational communication not mature, and the mass media having a broad space for development; interpersonal communication of the community of newly built commercial housing has randomness and utilitarian, with good prospects for development of organizational communication and being more obvious of mass communication effect. The last part of this section makes the summary analysis of the form and characteristics for structure of community communication.The fourth part of the article is the construction of the propagation mode of Jingle Xian community in Shanxi. Under the premise of making definition of propagation mode and discussing the significance of propagation mode construction of community,through the digging of community transmission infrastructure in the third part, this study builds the propagation mode of Jingle Xian community:unit housing community transmission performers for "narrative" mode, with the internal interaction and the overall stability; mixed urban-rural housing community transmission performers for "collective monologue" mode, with the internal structure of heterogeneity and flexibility; new commercial housing community transmission performers for "looked at" mode, with the internal sealing ability and its own plasticity. In the last part of this section, the influencing factors on formation of propagation mode for Jingle County community are analyzed.Finally,this article puts forward prospect on community communication of county from the aspects of interpersonal communication, organizational communication and mass communication-building the atmosphere of interaction, striving to multi-channel build; Perfecting the network of residents participation, borrowing the "rhetoric"; Accelerating the construction of social media, boosting by multilateral coordination.
