Design Analysis Of Communication Infrastructure Planning

Based on the communication infrastructure planning project of Neijiang,the communication business prediction,communication base station planning,communication pipeline planning and Communication Bureau planning are studied in this thesis.According to the analysis of existent problems in communication infrastructure planning,communication infrastructure planning significance analysis,determine the planning principle,planning period,planning scope and planning objectives;determine the compilation method of communication infrastructure planning,research on prediction,communication base station planning,communication pipeline planning and Communications Bureau planning etc.;determine the communication infrastructure planning the implementation of the measures to promote research and analysis,mainly from the establishment of communication planning approval process level,planning the implementation of safeguards party face.Communication infrastructure planning is not only the basis for the construction of communication engineering,but also an important link in the comprehensive integration of urban and rural construction planning and real identification of legal identity cards.With the development of communication infrastructure planning and follow-up review and acceptance procedures,the construction of communication facilities will really return to the ranks of public utilities,and fundamentally solve the problems of location selection,difficult construction and coordination in communication infrastructure construction.The design and analysis of communication infrastructure planning provides a useful reference for the development of similar projects in the industry and the operators.
