Operation Planning Of Hongxiu Reading Community

Hongxiu reading is a mobile reading app launched by Yuewen in 2018 to locate the female online literature reading market.It integrates all the writers and works of the company's six female site brands.Its strategic goal is to build the software into a mobile digital reading product with three functions of content creation and distribution,user reading community and high-quality IP development.However,due to the free welfare policy,a large number of deal-hunter settled in the APP.Coupled with the lack of community operation,the user viscosity of Hongxiu reading is too low.This graduation project will design a set of operation plan of "Book fans community for exclusive Hongxiu reading users" from the perspective of cultivating users' stickiness of Hongxiu reading community.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Hongxiu reading community operation,this paper designs a community operation scheme for Hongxiu reading from three aspects of content operation,user operation and activity operation.Content operation is the first to bear the brunt and plays a leading role.This design attempts to upgrade the community content ecology and create a community atmosphere by combining with the IP operation logic,and further cultivate user stickiness through follow-up user operation,activity operation and other means,so as to realize the transformation from "user" to "Book fans".
