Research And Application Of Radio And TV Monitoring Emergency Platform Based On GIS

With the development of the times,the broadcast of radio and television programs is increasing,and the frequency of radio and television signal interference is also increased,which poses a major hidden danger to the safety of broadcasting of radio and television,so it is necessary to monitor and early warning radio and television signals.Based on the geographic information data,this paper combines the acquired satellite monitoring data and radio station monitoring data in time scale,spatial scale and business,and analyzes the big data by association,comparison and multi-dimensional disassembly,and renders the results of big data analysis on the map by using visualization technology,Based on Web GIS,the paper constructs the emergency system of radio and television monitoring by using the front and rear technology,Arc GIS Server and database,which provides the auxiliary decision and intelligent service for the emergency response of radio and television.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the theory and method of database construction,after analyzing the satellite monitoring data,wireless station monitoring data and geographic information data,the monitoring database and geographic information database are designed,and the data are stored in the database.(2)Based on the method of data preprocessing,the "black" and "dirty" data in the database are cleaned,and then the multi-source data is fused,and the fused data is analyzed by big data.(3)Using HTML5,CSS3,Java Script and other visualization technologies,the results of big data analysis are displayed on the map to provide technical services for radio and television emergency response.(4)Through the data cleaning,database building and fusion,based on Web GIS,the data can be stored in the database Vue.js and Node.js According to the overall framework of the system,the construction of radio and television monitoring emergency system is realized from bottom to top.A radio and TV monitoring emergency platform based on Web GIS has been established.By using data fusion,data analysis and visualization technology,it not only realizes basic functions such as spatial query and spatial statistics,but also has the ability of real-time monitoring and emergency communication.This provides sufficient technical support for radio and television signal monitoring and emergency disposal.The paper has 38 pictures,15 tables,and 66 references.
