Spatial temporal data refers to multidimensional data with time attributes,spatial attributes,and other attributes,such as GPS data,financial data,traffic data,social network data,and so on.Due to the location attribute and time series characteristics of spatial temporal data,the traditional tabular statistical method can not comprehensively and effectively analyze it,and the visualization technology has certain advantages in analyzing complex data.Therefore,the visual analysis of spatial temporal data has become one of the effective analysis methods for spatial temporal data processing.However,because the spatial temporal data has the characteristics of massive quantity and fast update at the same time,it is easy to appear the messy and covering problem of the picture in the visual processing.Although visualization can show data more clearly and is the easiest way for users to understand,too dense a picture can seriously affect the display or even provide any valid information.In view of the overlapping problem of line overlap which often occurs in the visualization of spatiotemporal data,this paper proposes two improved spatial temporal data visualization methods to improve the visualization effect.Specific studies include:(1)An improved parallel coordinate visualization method is presented.Combined with the K-Means clustering analysis algorithm,the data is processed and analyzed from the perspective of analyzing the relationship between multi-dimensional attributes of spatial temporal data,and the actual table tennis match data set is used for analysis.The results show that the improved visualization is easier to understand and analyze;(2)The improved time space cube visualization method is combined with the sub-track clustering analysis algorithm to analyze the data from the perspective of real scenes showing the spatial temporal data events to the user,to solve the overlapping problem of multi-dimensional spatial temporal data in three-dimensional space,and to use traffic data.The set is verified and found that the method effectively avoids the problem of dense overlapping of lines;(3)Applying the improved two spatial temporal data visualization analysis methods to the data analysis of table tennis competition,and obtaining a clear display effect,designing and realizing a time and space data visualization system for table tennis competition,which is applied to the national table tennis team.In the analysis of skills and tactics,it was recognized by the national table tennis team.
