With the rapid development of new technology,the structure and function of a certain type of radar antenna are becoming more and more complex,and the difficulty of fault diagnosis is increasing.How to diagnose and isolate faults quickly has become the focus of its testability research.Aiming at the problems of high reusability and low test efficiency of the same test in practical fault diagnosis,this paper takes the antenna array as the research object,conduct testability analysis and optimization research.By establishing its multi-signal flow graph model,testability analysis is carried out,and testability indexes are obtained.The improved bat algorithm is used to find the optimal test set,and then the AO*-BDPSO algorithm is used to search the optimal test path,which reduces the test reusability and improves the maintenance efficiency.The specific work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the multi-signal flow graph model is used to judge the advantages and disadvantages of testability design of existing antenna array.By analyzing the structure,function and signal flow direction of the antenna array,the system function modules are divided.Secondly,divide the types of known faults,carry out testability design,and set up corresponding tests and test nodes.And then,The modeling principle and method of multi-signal flow graph model are studied,and the multi-signal flow graph model of antenna array is established.By analyzing the relationship between test and fault in the model,the corresponding fault-test correlation matrix is obtained,and testability analysis based on the fault-test correlation matrix is completed.The results show that under the condition of known fault set,the fault detection rate and fault isolation rate of the existing testable design are both 100%.Secondly,in order to locate the fault module quickly and guide the maintenance of antenna array,this paper optimizes the existing testability design,and completes the research of test set optimization and test sequence optimization.The improved bat algorithm is adopted in the process of test set optimization,and the selected optimal test set meets the specified testability index requirements with fewer tests.In the process of test sequence optimization,aiming at the shortcomings of traditional AO*algorithm,such as "explosion of computation" and being only suitable for small systems,this paper introduces BDPSO algorithm based on AO*algorithm.compared with using AO*algorithm alone,it reduces the number of test points to be expanded and the number of backtracking upwards in the process of searching path,and determines an optimal test sequence path.Its theoretical test cost is the lowest.When the system is in a single fault state,it is tested by the optimal test sequence,and each test can be applied only once to locate the fault module.Finally,the testability analysis and optimization system is developed by integrating the above research results and the interactive programming method of Lab VIEW and MATLAB.Using the system to analyze the missile system-level fault-test correlation matrix data,the results prove the effectiveness of the system testability analysis module.
