At present,electronic equipment has more and more requirements on system test efficiency and fault maintenance,and its advanced function and complex structure bring a lot of difficulties to the fault diagnosis and maintenance of equipment.In order to solve the problem of test and maintenance of electronic equipment system,testability must be regarded as one of the design objectives of electronic equipment.Hierarchical diagnostic model is the key technology to the testability distribution,analysis and verification of electronic equipment,which is used for equipment system testability level analysis and improvement to provide information describing the foundation.Taking the power controller as the research object,the hierarchical modeling method is proposed to establish the power controller diagnosis model to verify its testability design level.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The multi-signal flow diagram model of the power controller is studied.Taking the filter amplifier circuit as an example,contrast analysis of the diagnosis model of decades of research at home and abroad,According to the analysis results,it is more effective to use the multi-signal flow diagram model to establish the diagnosis model of the power controller.This paper introduces the establishment principle and constituent units of multi-signal flow diagram model,and sorts out the steps of establishing multi-signal flow diagram diagnosis model according to testability software TEAMS.(2)The hierarchical modeling method based on multi-signal flow diagram model is studied.After the technical research of hierarchical modeling,the basic principle of hierarchical division is put forward.By studying the methods of function hierarchy division,failure mode influence and damage degree analysis and test setup,the function hierarchy division,failure analysis and test setup of the power controller are carried out,and the hierarchical model elements of the power controller are established.(3)The testability assignment method based on the hierarchical model is studied.This paper studies the knowledge of testability assignment and describes the mathematical model and method of testability assignment.Based on the testability knowledge provided by the hierarchical model,the testability indexes of the power controller are assigned by three methods.According to the distribution results,the characteristics of three distribution methods are compared and analyzed.(4)The testability analysis method based on hierarchical model is studied.According to the principle of hierarchical model,the concept of generating D matrix by combining the correlation matrix of function unit and test and the correlation matrix of function unit,function signal and test is put forward,and the algorithm and formula of generating D matrix,static analysis and dynamic analysis are given.(5)A platform for establishing a hierarchical diagnosis model was built to verify the hierarchical model of the power controller.This paper mainly introduces the overall function of the platform,establishes the hierarchical model of the power controller through the hierarchical modeling analysis platform,and carries out the testability analysis and distribution based on the hierarchical model,proving the significance and effectiveness of the hierarchical model.
