As a technology based on digital image processing,machine vision technology is widely used in precision detection,feature recognition,coordinate positioning,etc.It has the characteristics of non-contact,repeatability,good stability,high intelligence,and low cost.Therefore,it is widely used in industrial production activities.Since the blanking parts are affected by the production environment,their own materials and repeated handling,it is difficult to guarantee their quality and yield.However,relying on traditional shape and size inspection technology is inefficient,costs cannot be controlled,and large-scale inspection tasks are heavy,and fatigue operations are extremely easy to produce.By applying machine vision technology to actual production activities,not only the response speed is fast,the real-time performance is good,but also the intelligent integration is high,which can well solve various difficult problems in industrial inspection.This research is aimed at the problems faced by this kind of blanking parts detection,focusing on the feature detection and recognition technology of blanking parts,and according to the actual needs of detection,evaluate and build a visual inspection platform to meet the requirements of this kind of blanking parts.Requirements for morphological feature detection.The software adopts the image processing software HALCON,and selects the appropriate hardware,builds the platform environment reasonably according to the corresponding selection of the hardware,and selects the appropriate indoor environment to avoid external light exposure,physical space,etc.,which are difficult to evaluate for the collected image information.influences.The algorithm successively uses image smoothing filtering,gray scale stretching,threshold segmentation,contour extraction and segmentation,fitting and Hough transform,etc.to filter out the noise of the image and change the contrast of the image information,and then segment the region of interest Perform feature recognition.Aiming at the feature shape detection of this kind of blanking parts,a directional appearance recognition and visual inspection method is proposed.Based on the above research methods,using the C#language,a universal and convenient visual interface system is developed,and the image algorithm is embedded In this form program,the basic function of a basic general-purpose vision software is satisfied,so as to realize the offline or online detection function of the image information of the object,and meet the actual production detection requirements.Through the research of machine vision-based detection and recognition of the shape features of blanking parts,as well as the design of the general detection system interface design of related applications,the entire visual development process from image information collection,visual inspection and interface design is realized.This solves the actual production problem and provides a verification feasibility for related production testing activities.
