With the progress of fine blanking technology,the appearance of the parts is more and more complex,and the size is bigger and bigger,which has made many difficulties for the improvement of detection efficiency.The detection of complex parts needs special testing instruments,such as model checking tools,projectors,etc,it not only increases the production cost,prolongs the development cycle of new products,but also does not have universality.Some complex parts can not be detected accurately,what you get is just a local concept,it can't provide a comprehensive,intuitive and visual inspection,and impotent for complex surfaces.Due to the high accuracy and fast speed requirement of precise blanking parts,non-contact measurement is the main direction of development.In this paper,a relatively mature vision measurement and laser ranging technology is applied to the intelligent detection of large and complex fine blanking parts to realize high-precision detection of complex parts under the condition of large size measurement and solve the problem that the measurement can not be quantified.And for the problem of manual planning heavy workload in measurement process,an interactive intelligent planning system for detection process is developed.The main research content and results include:(1)DXF(a CAD format)data format is discussed and its analytic algorithm is implemented.Image reconstruction is done by using shape and position information extracted from DXF.In the detection system,the contour of the detected object is reduced to assist in the large scale detection planning.The extracted annotation information is used for the comparison of the measured data,the judgement of the quality and the report generation.(2)Through the decomposition of the detection content,the operation of detection is unitized,combined with the interactive primitive of image reconstruction,an intelligent detection planning information generation method is designed,including automatic location of sampling points and automatic sampling path planning.(3)In the measurement algorithm part: in order to achieve image acquisition oflarge size detection objects,an image mosaic method is designed to restore the whole image with high accuracy.A series of digital image processing is done on the sampled pictures of the camera,and the measured object contour information is obtained,and the measurement results are calculated.In the laser sampling section: the algorithm of height and flatness measurement is realized by least square method,which satisfies most Z direction parameter measurement requirements.(4)A history database and user report function are built for the system and based on that,a SPC control chart generation algorithm is implemented.(5)Completed the debugging of software and hardware,built the prototype and made physical detection,analysis and summary of the system error compensation method.The intelligent detection system for large size and complex fine blanking parts can not only be applied to the inspection of fine blanking parts,but also its design features can expand to more similar detection scenarios.
