With the promotion of China's Belt and Road Initiative,more and more Chinese companies are going abroad,exploring the world market,and developing internationally.Huawei is a representative of Chinese companies "going out" and a typical example of my country's high technology,especially 5G technology.The development of globalization has also brought about changes in the social structure of all countries in the world.In some Western countries,the size of the middle class has been reduced,the gap between the rich and the poor has widened,and the olive-shaped social structure has begun to collapse.The U.S.government has accused the development of globalization that it has harmed U.S.interests,and the tendency of anti-globalization has become increasingly prominent,and it has adopted a series of policies to try to escape from globalization.In order to safeguard its own interests and protect domestic enterprises,the US government has gradually revived its trade protectionist ideology and regards China as the primary hostile target,creating trade frictions between China and the United States,and curbing China's trade and technological development.As a representative of China's internationalized enterprises and high-tech companies,Huawei bears the brunt.In the dilemma of overseas survival,Huawei actively carried out international communication and crisis public relations activities,used corporate words to brighten its own attitude,build a positive image of the company in the world,and gain the trust and support of the international community to resolve international crises.This research takes Huawei's international communication and crisis public relations in the context of the Sino-US trade war as the research object.Based on Huawei's international crisis and survival dilemma,it explores Huawei's international communication and crisis public relations strategies under crisis dilemmas,and then serves Chinese companies.Enhance the ability of international communication and crisis public relations to provide a certain reference.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter takes the United States' tendency to de-globalization as a starting point,analyzes the background and specific manifestations of Sino-US trade frictions,and analyzes the US policy blockade,the stigmatization of US media reports,and the survival dilemma under global political games.Specific analysis of Huawei's overseas operation crisis.The second chapter analyzes the development and changes of Huawei's international communication philosophy through Huawei's development history and changes in media exposure,and analyzes Huawei's public relations organization structure and crisis public relations mechanism,so as to study Huawei's problems under the US blockade.International crisis public relations activities provide a comparison.The third chapter uses the public interview minutes of Huawei representatives as the research text to analyze the thematic trends of Huawei's corporate discourse.At the same time,using the "fact-value" model in the crisis communication management dialogue paradigm as the basic path,combined with communication,psychology and other related theories,we explored Huawei's international crisis public relations strategy.Due to the ripple effect of the crisis,Huawei's international communication and crisis public relations activities will have certain negative effects in China,and corresponding persuasion and interpretation work is required.Therefore,this article studies Huawei's domestic crisis public relations strategies.Chapter 4 takes Ren Zhengfei as a starting point to explore the role of Ren Zhengfei in Huawei's international communication and crisis public relations,and analyzes his identity construction and language characteristics.Chapter 5 is based on the previous research on Huawei's international communication and crisis public relations strategies,and considers the international crisis public relations strategies of Chinese companies and how to improve their international communication capabilities,and puts forward certain suggestions.
