Culture is one of the elements of the current consumer society itself.In the past social process,no other society is filled with symbols and images like the current social practice.[1].The visual presentation of culture has prompted the formation of a landscape society,which is also reflected in the landscape presentation of rural cuisine in Douyin short videos.Based on landscape theory,this paper takes the rural food content in Douyin short videos as the research object,analyzes the existing phenomenon,generation logic,and alienation of rural food landscapes in Douyin short videos,and puts forward certain constructive suggestions in this research.Corrective measures.The emergence of the phenomenon of rural food dissemination in Douyin short video is based on two aspects.First,Douyin short video,as the head platform of domestic short video applications,has accumulated a lot of Users and high-quality content;second,rural food gathers rural culture and food characteristics,and has certain humanistic and regional differentiation characteristics.Therefore,a large number of rural food content in Douyin short videos not only show the rural style and culture with food cuts,but also form a rural food landscape worthy of study.First of all,this paper analyzes the phenomenon of the existing rural food theme landscapes in Douyin short videos,and does basic research work for subsequent in-depth research.First,it analyzes the development status of rural food short videos from two aspects of content and form,and analyzes the current situation and regularity that the content of village food short videos is related to the theme of "Sannong" creation,and the form strengthens the social + e-commerce attributes;second,According to the content expression focus of rural food short videos on the Douyin platform,the types are divided;thirdly,the presentation characteristics of rural food short video landscapes are explored through participatory observation.Secondly,after a detailed analysis of the phenomenon of rural food in the Tiktok platform,we further study the generation factors of rural food landscape in the Tiktok short video.The generation factors of rural food landscape in the Tiktok short video can be specifically explained in four directions: entertainment demand,commercial profit seeking,technical assistance and cultural material expression,which jointly act on the generation process of rural food landscape in the Tiktok platform.In addition,the analysis of the generation factors of the rural food landscape in the Tiktok platform lays a foundation for the subsequent research on the alienation and correction of the rural food landscape.Thirdly,it analyzes the landscape alienation including time alienation,space alienation and cultural alienation in the rural food landscape in the short Tiktok video.Finally,this paper puts forward constructive countermeasures from the perspectives of government supervision and regulation,publicity and education,self-discipline construction and heteronomy of Douyin short video platform,and the multi-disciplinary training of short video users' media literacy subject responsibility law,and integrates the role of social forces throughout it.,to encourage the formation of a dissemination situation in which rural cultural content is confidently and correctly expressed,short video bloggers consciously disseminate,and users' rational and objective cognition,so as to guide the healthy and orderly development of short video platforms,and at the same time help the construction of mainstream ideology in the rural food sector cause.
