Research On The Collaborative Dynamic Mechanism Of Stakeholders In Open Access To Books

The emergence of Open access books has realized the free access and wide dissemination of Academic books,and provided new ideas for Academic books publishing.The realization of Open access books involves many aspects,requiring a high degree of coordination and cooperation among many stakeholders.Stakeholders are the core participants of Open access books and the main research object of Open access books collaboration.However,because of their different demands for participation,conflicts of interest inevitably arise,which weakens the motivation of various stakeholders to participate.Therefore,the dynamic mechanism of stakeholders participation and collaboration has become the key to resolving conflicts among stakeholders and realizing the collaboration of stakeholders in Open access books.Firstly,this paper focuses on the stakeholders collaboration of Open access books,then uses stakeholder theory to divide and extract stakeholders.Secondly,this paper discusses the internal and external dynamics of stakeholders collaboration,then builds the collaborative dynamic model to analyze which influence the collaborative dynamics between stakeholders of Open access books.Finally,through the game analysis of the stakeholders of Open access books,the internal and external suggestions are given in order to promote cooperation among stakeholders of Open access books.
