State owned enterprises have made great contributions to China's economic development and social construction.They are the mainstay of China's national economy and play an irreplaceable role in all periods of China's development.In the new media era,the Internet has greatly changed the scope,mode and channel of media communication,changed people's way of production and life,and enhanced the initiative of the public to participate in social affairs.However,due to the special status of state-owned enterprises,they are often at the forefront of public opinion.Therefore,in the new media era,the study of public opinion response of state-owned enterprises is of great significance for actively doing a good job in public opinion response,maintaining the image and social status of state-owned enterprises,and continuing to play its role in economic development and social life.This paper adopts the research methods of literature research,case analysis and content analysis,analyzes the current situation,deficiencies and causes of public opinion response of state-owned enterprises in the new media era,and tries to put forward innovative optimization strategies for how state-owned enterprises respond to public opinion in the new media era,in order to promote state-owned enterprises to adapt to the times and update the response and disposal methods,Help state-owned enterprises improve and enhance their ability to deal with and guide negative public opinion,so as to enable state-owned enterprises to obtain favorable development and better serve the country,society and the people.
