Research On The Construction Of Financial Information System Of Local State-Owned Enterprises In China

With the continuous expansion of the management scale and business scope of local state-owned enterprises,the demands and challenges for financial management are becoming increasingly severe.The business coverage and data analysis provided by the current financial information system are not sufficient to meet the development needs of the local state-owned enterprises.In order to better promote the construction of local state-owned enterprise financial information system,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the current local state-owned enterprise financial information system construction and puts forward the construction optimization scheme.This paper first expounds the definition,composition,function and technical support of financial information system.Secondly,interview and questionnaire survey were used to investigate the use and development demands of financial information system of several local state-owned enterprises,and the survey results were analyzed according to the network construction status,functional business status and data analysis level.Thirdly,this paper divides the construction process of financial information system into three parts: before construction,during construction and after construction.Before the construction,the optimization was made from the preliminary investigation and the analysis of the nature of the enterprise.In the construction process from the introduction process,internal control system,personnel capacity three aspects to optimize;the system evaluation system is optimized after construction.Finally,this paper takes company D as a practical case and combines relevant theories of financial information system to discuss the deficiencies and achievements in the construction process of company D and put forward Suggestions for improvement.The research on financial information system construction in this paper is helpful for the local state-owned enterprises to learn from the experience in the financial information system construction,and the optimization scheme proposed in this paper is helpful to solve the practical problems in the future construction of the local state-owned enterprises.In order to better build the financial information system,at the same time taking D company as the case study,it can be used as a reference for the construction of local state-owned enterprise financial information system.
