Archival Work Stakeholder Interaction Study

Archive work plays a basic and vital role in people's production and people's life and the all-round progress of society.In order to realize the high-quality development of archive work in the new era,we should not only focus on the archive department itself.The interaction between the archive department and other relevant organizations or individuals is an important part affecting the quality and effect of archive work.Therefore,the study of the interaction between the archive department and other relevant organizations or individuals is of important and long-term significance to promote the efficient development of archive work.This paper introduces stakeholder theory into the field of archive management,and discusses how to better carry out archive work from the perspective of stakeholder interaction based on stakeholder analysis method.Specifically,this paper adopts the literature research method to sort out the main research results related to this research topic,and adopts the induction and summary method to absorb the main ideas and viewpoints of stakeholder theory,and on this basis,defines the stakeholders in archive work,expounds the interest demands of various stakeholders,and analyzes the interactive relationship between various stakeholders,to construct the interactive model of stakeholders in archive work;using the investigation and research method,combined with the practical cases of archive work,this paper explains how to carry out interaction among stakeholders of archive work,finds out the existing problems,and analyzes from the two aspects of improving channels and improving guarantee of interactive ability,so as to promote the interaction between the archive department and other stakeholders.The core stakeholders in archive work include archive legislators,archive providers,archive users and archival service providers.There are four types of interactive relationships between the archive department and other stakeholders:mandatory,exchange,cooperation and guidance.There are several problems in the interaction between archive departments and stakeholders,such as unclear self-awareness of stakeholders,uncoordinated interests and lack of interest coordination mechanism.It should be promoted from the aspects of improving stakeholders' self-awareness in archive work,improving and innovating interaction methods,and constructing interest coordination mechanism,so as to improve the interaction ability of stakeholders in archive work and realize positive and benign interaction.
