Stated-owned Military Institute is the foundation of National Defence Science and Technology Industry.With the reforming on national economic system and scientific system since opening-up,National Defense Industry has been adjusted with the policy ,which makes them get rid of influence of planned economic.be seasoned with market economic, and put military technology to civilian fields.So have the Stated-owned Military Institutes.Now they have developed as institues for military science or for civilian fields or as enterprises on civilian products.The institutes must reform to fit the market economic.At Present some institutes have changed their management system,yet, some are under changing.However, changes have taken placed on the file and archive work,for which how to find its way and meet the challenges should be considered.
