Archives publicity work is an important part of the archives cause,is also one of the important ways to enhance the national awareness of archives and promote the rule of archives by law,but also an important means for China to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture and promote the development of archives cause.The proposal of the strategy of strengthening the country through culture and the rapid improvement of the national science and technology level all have new requirements for the innovation and transformation growth of the archival cause.With the proposal of "cultural self-confidence",the archival publicity work in the new era has also ushered in new development opportunities and challenges.The transformation of the archival publicity work is imminent.It is necessary to accelerate the transformation of the archival publicity work for the purpose of enhancing cultural self-confidence.First of all,this paper defines the concepts of cultural self-confidence,traditional archives publicity,archives publicity in the new era,and archives publicity transformation.Then,it further summarizes the cultural integration,technicality and novelty of the traditional archives publicity work,summarizes the improvement of the traditional archives publicity work in the aspects of publicity content and personnel training,and complements the sorting out of the key points of the archives publicity work and the relevant contents of cultural self-confidence in China.Then,it analyzes the changes of the key points of archive publicity from the content and methods of archive publicity,on this basis,the guiding ideology of cultural self-confidence and the basic principles of cultural orientation and cultural service are clarified,we should take a comprehensive consideration from the aspects of grasping the transformation direction of enhancing "cultural self-confidence" and focusing on the connection between traditional media and new media.Finally,the paper puts forward some specific strategies for the transformation of the archives publicity work in the new era,such as carrying out the archives publicity with an open concept,focusing on the cultural functions of the new archives,etc.,which will contribute to the promotion of the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the enhancement of cultural self-confidence.
