The latest research results published in academic journals can greatly promote the development of various disciplines,but there are some problems in the way of publishing academic results at present.First,both the author and the reviewer have made great efforts to get the paper published,but it is the publisher who gains the most after publication.Secondly,the opacity of the review process may lead to academic misconduct,failure to ensure that papers are fairly reviewed,and lack of supervision and incentive for the work of authors and reviewers.Finally,at present,papers cannot be shared for free after they are published.Generally speaking,only members can read the latest papers,and sometimes even the authors do not have access.Blockchain is a decentralized system that uses cryptographic algorithms to connect different parts of recorded information and ensure their trustability and unforgability.Multiple peer nodes jointly maintain security and stability.The information in the blockchain system is stored in the block in the form of transaction,which makes the information transparent and public.The change of node state depends on the execution of transaction,and the consensus algorithm is used to ensure the consistency of node state in the system.Therefore,the blockchain is a platform that can establish trust relationship.This paper designs a blockchain-based platform for paper publication,review and sharing,which can realize the submission,review and free sharing of papers.It also establishes an account reputation system to continuously track and update the quality of papers,the writing level of authors' academic papers and the review level of reviewers.The system takes advantage of the transparent and open characteristics of block chain technology to solve the problem of opacity in the publishing process of academic results.The transaction-based paper submission and review process is designed,and the double-blind review is realized by combining asymmetric encryption method to further ensure the fair review and avoid the occurrence of academic misconduct as much as possible.Reputation model,designed the account according to the results of review papers and references to reward authors and reviewers,make them benefit in academic achievements,at the same time,reputation systems use clear criteria to evaluate the quality of the authors and reviewers work,from two aspects of supervision and incentive work together to promote the quality of work and the improvement of motivation.Blockchain system uses a certain consensus algorithm to be jointly supervised and maintained by multiple parties,as well as transparent and open characteristics to realize the free sharing of the paper results.Platform for the implementation of this system using Ethereum,to add a variety of transaction type,and new modules such as user reputation system,and write the test script was tested for its functionality and performance,the results show that this system is a properly deal with all kinds of trading and high efficiency based on block chain published papers,reviews and sharing system.
