Incentive Mechanism Of Blockchain Paper System Based On Game Theory

Benefiting from the rapid development of the Internet,people's access to knowledge has become more and more convenient.At the same time,piracy and academic fraud are also increasingly serious.Moreover,due to the inherent defects of the current academic evaluation system,the evaluation system based on quantitative evaluation closely links the title and status of scientific researchers with their academic achievements,which makes scientific researchers more eager for quick success and instant benefit,leading to the argument of "number of papers" and "impact factor".In addition,the publishing houses in order to earn a high amount of space fees,leading to a serious limitation of academic sharing.Currently,academic development is facing unprecedented challenges.As the first barrier to test academic achievements,it is particularly important to maintain the fairness of the paper review system.The paper publishing review system based on blockchain involved in this paper avoids being monopolized by a single institution,due to its decentralized characteristics,and provides convenience for many academic workers,who can read the literature in the system for free.At the same time,the blockchain not only ensures the transparency of the review process,but also makes the publication and review process of the paper more secure and traceable,because of its excellent characteristics such as nontampering,openness,transparency,and traceability.Although the review system has solved some existing problems,it is not enough to achieve sustained and healthy development.In addition to technology,it is also necessary to incentivize each participant to jointly maintain the system.This paper mainly proposes a set of incentive mechanism based on blockchain paper system.This incentive mechanism encourages the paper authors,reviewers and readers in the system,so that they can actively participate in the system,so as to realize the prosperity and development of the system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper designs a blockchain-based paper system to distribute rewards to paper submitters,reviewers,and readers.(Chapter three)(2)This paper proposes the incentive mechanism of blockchain paper system for reviewers,and analyzes the benefits of each reviewer when they choose the strategy of fair and unfair review.At the same time,a penalty cycle is introduced to punish the reviewers who make unfair comments,and the game theory is used to prove that each reviewer s choice of fair review constitutes a Nash equilibrium.(Chapter Four)(3)This paper proposes an incentive mechanism for readers based on the blockchain paper system,and introduces the principal-agent model into the game between reviewers and readers.(Chapter Four)(4)We Use NetLogo platform to simulate the above incentive mechanism.The results show that,for the game between reviewers,when reviewers choose different strategies,their benefits tend to be stable,and when they choose cooperative strategies,their benefits are the largest;for the game between reviewers and utility readers,the principal-agent model makes the direction of maximizing benefits of reviewers and readers tend to be the same,which further verifies the feasibility of this incentive mechanism.(Chapter five)...
