In recent years,public cultural services have become a key area of our national livelihood investment and one of the important public services provided by the government.With the rapid development of China's Internet information technology and the rise of new media,the provision of public cultural services and the way of dissemination of information have also changed dramatically.In people's daily lives,WeChat can be said to be the most important information exchange platform.Various public cultural service organizations also use WeChat platforms for information dissemination,which has become an important way for various organizations in modern society to disseminate and promote information.Therefore,how to improve the information dissemination effect of WeChat public platform has become an important research issue.Based on this,this article mainly conducts research from the following aspects:First,according to the literature review on the effect of information dissemination on WeChat tweets,it is found that the title of the tweet is an important factor affecting its information dissemination,effect,but the existing research on the characteristics of the title of WeChat tweets is diverse and lacks an overall representation The general framework of the WeChat tweet title feature.Therefore,this article summarizes the important headline features proposed in the existing research on the WeChat public platform tweet title,and refers to the research results on the title characteristics of journal papers,constructs a general framework,and proposes on the basis of this framework The research hypothesis of the correlation between the five characteristics of the tweet title and the information dissemination effect is given.Secondly,according to the general framework proposed above,the representative official WeChat public platform of museums in the field of public services was selected for empirical research.First of all,through the Qingbo big data platform,collect the tweet related data of the official WeChat public platform of the museum,and perform cleaning and title feature extraction.Second,through data statistics and correlation analysis,explore the relationship between WeChat tweet title features and communication effects.The study found that there is a negative correlation between the length of the tweet title and the theme characteristics and the communication effect,and there is a positive correlation between the sentence pattern,characters and language characteristics of the tweet and the communication effect.Again,a qualitative analysis of the title.Select the tweet title with high read volume in some tweets of WeChat public platform,and the tweet titles of 4 representative museums,analyze their characteristics,and reveal the similar characteristics of WeChat tweets with high communication effect.The study found that high-reading tweets from different museums have different language characteristics.Some museums have found a tweet title language that meets the characteristics of the museum according to their own positioning.The quality of the tweet content is also high,which caters to the reader's reading tendency and brings more attention.However,some museums have failed to find the focus of the readers,and in the long run,readers will lose their interest in reading.Thirdly,according to the research results,the conclusions are drawn,which are mainly the positive effects of the five characteristics of the WeChat tweet title on the communication effect.Based on this,corresponding suggestions can be made to increase the influence of tweet communication on the WeChat public platform of the museum,in order to help the museum WeChat public platform increase the reading volume and enhance the dissemination effect of its public cultural service information.Due to the limited professional knowledge of the author of this article and other limitations,the content of this study still has many shortcomings,specifically reflected in the limitations of the sample data size and time period,and the influencing factors other than the title are not considered.
