In the past two years, Mobile Internet in a second-tier cities obtains fastdevelopment, which promote the APP to infiltrate all walks of life.Wechat is one ofthe Most active APP. Under this background,Wechat public platformasthe "rich thirdgeneration" identity APPentered rapidly within the organization perspective. Manyfamous people in the news media, enterprise organization, and grassroots enterWechat public platform, the condition has created a generation of new media.Article Wechat public platform according to the reaction of the audience for thenode is mainly divided into close system and open system.What is studied fromcommunicator to audience interact,download and collect news, belong to the closesystem. Communicators spread news to the audience, The audience share content intothe circle of friends,which belong to the open system. The paper mainly adoptsliterature research, comparative analysis and observational method,in addition tocross-study to finish. Compare the classic communication theories with thepropagation characteristics of Wechat public platform.At the same time, thepropagation rule of traditional media and operating characteristics are compared withWechat public platform for new things in order to looking for the spread of publicplatform for features. Through comparative study,having found many features,such asthe disppear of opinion leader,the decline of traditional media,control and feedbackand so on.Theopinions of small potato are ignored.
