Work efficiency is an important factor that affects the operation level of distribution centers.Considering that most distribution centers are still labor-intensive structures, efficient work can not only improve the operation efficiency of distribution centers, but also reduce the number of employees and reduce corporate payroll.cost.However,at present, most domestic distribution centers do not consider the differences in work efficiency of employees with different work content and different proficiency. The front-line employees of the distribution center show an average distribution in each region, resulting in a large difference in workload load in different regions. To reduce the overall work efficiency of employees, the distribution center personnel distribution is unreasonable, and human resources are wasted. Therefore, reasonable scheduling of personnel under the conditions of considering the differences in employee work efficiency can effectively improve the distribution center operating efficiency and reduce operating costs.Company J is a local retail enterprise. The company's distribution center is responsible for distribution to more than 600 stores.Since the new distribution center is already under planning and construction, the company hopes to improve efficiency through specific process optimization and method improvement to alleviate the current problems in the distribution center.According to the investigation,J company's warehouse has been used for a long time and employees' work efficiency is different, and the workload load of different regions of the distribution center varies greatly, but J company as a whole adopts the strategy of evenly allocating staff, which makes the distribution center's operating efficiency inefficient,Long time-consuming,unreasonable personnel distribution and other issues. The first three chapters of the thesis are the background of the thesis, the relevant theoretical research and the basic introduction of J company. The fourth chapter to the sixth chapter are the core chapters of the thesis. It mainly studies the different work efficiency of J company in different work content and different proficiency.Personnel scheduling problem.Chapter 4 optimizes the distribution of personnel in the J company's distribution center. When considering the difference in work efficiency, the model is built with the target of salary and expenditure levels, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve it.The results before and after optimization are compared to verify the optimization Effect;after the initial optimization,it is found that the number of employees in the whole area is the largest, and the work pressure is the largest. After analyzing the reasons,Chapter 5 optimizes the position of the whole area, builds a mathematical model based on the principle of cluster analysis, and uses genetic algorithms to solve,And verify the effect through simulation;Chapter 6 optimizes the staffing on the basis of Chapter 5 again, based on the simulation data,to further improve the efficiency of the sorting center and reduce operating costs. This article aims at the problems caused by the difference in work efficiency. When considering the difference in the work efficiency of J company employees, the employees in the distribution center are dispatched, and the cargo space in the entire area is optimized, effectively solving the current existence of J company. The problem.Shorten the picking time, improve work efficiency,at the same time rationally allocate personnel, reduce the number of operations, reduce the level of salary expenditure,in addition to optimize the cargo space, improve the utilization of warehouse space, ease the problem of storage capacity saturation, effective Improve the service level of the distribution center and reduce operating costs.
