Nowadays,it is a pluralistic and fast-growing society and modern industrial technology is well used.The traditional sense of the storage method has been unable to fully meet the needs of production and material circulation.It is reflected on the storage space of goods and placed is not reasonable,waste and time-consuming,and in the use of the shelf process did not consider its protection measures.It has accelerated the loss of fixed assets,making the entire warehouse work efficiency is low.In a highly competitive modern environment,people's various types of demand also increased with the attendant is the goods out of storage frequency changes,so the distribution of goods will be followed.So Warehouse optimization has become a decisive factor in improving the efficiency of warehousing and reducing investment in warehousing.Nowadays,a single stacking machine management single roadway cargo location optimization research has been a lot,the optimization effect is remarkable.But for the storage and operation of the operating frequency is not high part of the enterprise roadway stacker idle situation is particularly serious,and a roadway stacker cost is expensive,resulting in a certain waste of resources,Moreover,some enterprises in the U-shaped mode of storage of goods Inefficient,did not make good use of its high efficiency.In this paper,the U-shaped multi-channel three-dimensional warehouse model is optimized,that is,a roadway stacker through the U-shaped multi-channel can cross two roadway at the same time management of four rows of shelves cargo storage operations,to enhance its use Rate while reducing the number of operations to achieve the requirements of the same time to save costs.Based on the research and current situation of cargo optimization in the world,this thesis was established the mathematical model for the target that should be optimized,and then was used the algorithm of genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm to carry on the programming and realization of Matlab software and the simulation simulation The contrast.After several times the simulation of the model,verify its theory was feasible.On the basis of this,the optimization results of the two algorithms are compared and the most suitable solution to solve the problem is selected.Finally,this program will be verified and verified to achieve a significant optimization effect.This thesis aims to provide a new way for enterprises to solve practical problems,and put forward a convenient and adaptable method to solve the optimization of cargo location,to help them reduce costs and maximize the benefits.
