With the rapid development of economic, the hazardous chemicals, which is known as the raw materials of chemical and other basic industries, is more and more useful. Because of its flammable, explosive, toxic and other characteristics, when hazardous chemicals explode during transportation will bring huge losses to peopleā€™s life and property. Therefore, how to choose the route with higher security and less cost and how to reduce the risk of hazardous chemicals transportation in the scheduling processa are of great theoretical and practical significance. On the other hand, how to collect timely and accurate information of hazardous chemicals in scheduling stage and how to convey the scheduling scheme timely also become urgent problems.This thesis introduces related research about solving scheduling problems and measuring hazardous chemicals transportation security in and abroad. By analyzing the factors that affecting cost and safety in the transportation, this thesis formed cost evaluation model and safety evaluation model respectively. Then, formed a comprehensive measure of model to provides an intuitive quantization metrics for dangerous goods scheduling. Using transport scheduling model calculation value as measure, this thesis use improved genetic algorithm to choose the optimal path. The algorithm is able to adapt to large-scale road network of transportation scheduling optimization,and also lead to the satisfactory scheduling scheme. Finally,use information systems methods to analysis and design transportation scheduling system and achieve it by information technology.This thesis provides integrated transport scheduling optimization model and solving algorithm for dangerous goods distribution, which take the economic costs and security into account. The implementation of the model by the application of information technology provides reference views for scheduling optimization and informational manage in dangerous goods transportation enterprises.
