With the unceasing improvement of information technology, the mining enterprises are entering the information-based, automotive and intellectualized development. But because the information-based foundation of mining enterprises in our country is relatively weak, the overall level of informationization in our country's mining enterprise resource scheduling is still relatively low and basically in the infant stage. Therefore, in order to adapt to the development of market economy and reform of mining enterprise, accelerating the establishment and robustness of intellectualizedly-operated resources scheduling system is necessary.Because of the various types of work and complex datas involved in mining enterprises, when uncertain factors, such as geological conditions change, equipment capacity change and emergency, appear, how to realize the maximize benefits by dispatching effectively mine resources is the urgent problem to be solved currently for mining enterprises, based on productive capacity, management level, the degree of mechanization, truck transport costs, maintenance costs in mine district team.This paper firstly discusses the characteristics of mine enterprise resource scheduling and the facing deficiency deeply. According to the distributed, parallel and dynamic coordinate characteristics of mining enterprise's resource scheduling, this paper determines to resolve the multi-objective optimal problem in mine resource scheduling by using genetic algorithm based on the theoretical knowledge of mine resources scheduling and genetic algorithm, and designs the crossover operator; Secondly, in view of the problems in the mine district team and open-pit trucks, this paper makes the optimal scheduling models in mine district team and open-pit trucks respectively, and gives a detailed description of how to realize optimization in mine district team and open-pit trucks with genetic algorithm. Finally, this paper verifies the superiority of models made in this paper by MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox, and does simulated experiments respectively for mine district team and open-pit trucks and the analyses the experimental results. Experimental results show that the use of genetic algorithm to optimize mine resource scheduling, has the rationality and feasibility.
