| Production equipment are the main means of production of a company.The quality and efficiency of production equipment management will directly affect the overall management and operation efficiency of companies.The effective application of the company’s production equipment management system can make the equipment managers more intuitive and quickly get the operation of the production equipment information,so that the managers can make reasonable adjustments and decisions to the production line arrangement.Then it can reduce the equipment loss time,reduce the cost of equipment maintenance,improve work efficiency,maximize the utilization of production equipment and output to make a contribution,meanwhile,through a stable state of equipment for the product quality assurance.This paper focuses on the analysis and research of the existing problems for the production equipment management of company A.Based on the guidance of relevant theories such as TPM theory,equipment Lifecycle Management theory,OEE theory and equipment spare parts management theory.First of all,this paper systematically analyzes and study the existing problems for the production equipment management of company A,including the lack of production equipment management function of PROMIS system,high production equipment downtime loss,high production equipment maintenance costs and inefficient spare parts management and control.Next in importance,come out optimize solutions based on the analysis of the existing problems,find out the major causes of equipment breakdown through the OEE analysis method,dig out the root causes of parts failure by5 WHY analysis method and use spare parts ABC management theory to optimize the spare parts inventory,According to the analysis results,it is proposed to optimize the design and improvement based on the existing PROMIS system,including implement OEE data collection function to get equipment status in time,add spare parts management and control function to control the requisition and purchase of spare parts,add equipment preventive maintenance management modules to improve equipment performance by timely and effective preventive maintenance.Finally,come out the implementation plan,safeguard measures and evaluation of the implementation effect to confirm that the implementation of relevant schemes has achieved the purpose of improving the production equipment management status,enhanced the production equipment management ability and level,and expanded the market competitive advantage of company A. |
