| With the beginning of the Sino-US trade dispute,the United States has taken measures and policies against China,such as the ban of semiconductor chips,which has greatly affected China’s economy.It is the existence of these external factors that forces the rise of domestic manufacturers that independently develop and manufacture semiconductor equipment.With the simultaneous existence of such internal factors as market diversification,customization of customer demand and fierce competition in the industry,enterprises are required to provide fast and flexible response to changes in product types and output in production management,It can quickly re-plan production for unpredictable customer changes to adapt to current and future market demands.Pull-type production is a new management mode that meets the requirements of current enterprise production management and the characteristics of the development of the times.It can also play a role in improving and re-planning the enterprise management system and promote the development of the quality management system.As a manufacturer of semiconductor equipment,G Company also needs to adjust and optimize its production management mode according to market changes and customer needs to improve its competitiveness.This paper takes the optimization of production management of G company as the research direction,takes the management theory of production operation management as the core idea,carries out interviews and questionnaire analysis on the problems existing in the current production management of G company from the perspective of production management,and provides optimization plans and safeguard measures.This paper first identifies the development direction of current production management based on the domestic and foreign literature and relevant theories of semiconductor equipment production management,extracts the appropriate production management theory for enterprises,and then surveys the current situation of enterprise production management in the form of questionnaire survey,and carries out data statistics on the survey results,and identifies the existing problems of current production management according to the results of questionnaire data analysis,And formulate corresponding optimization and implementation plans.This article proposes to implement optimization of production management from a systematic and comprehensive perspective.By establishing a pull production management system,production management theories such as balanced production,continuous flow,rhythm based production,and Kanban system are comprehensively applied,solving the problem of separation between enterprise production management and advanced theories,thereby achieving systematic and essential improvement of enterprise production management.At the same time,measures have been proposed to ensure the effective implementation of production management optimization,and an evaluation system for production management has been preliminarily established,thus providing good reference for other enterprises to implement production management optimization in this study. |
